Conaway Achievement Project

We're here to address your academic and personal needs. We, and other programs like us, are here to increase the likelihood that you will feel comfortable as a student at Columbia College and stay with us until you graduate. The Conaway Achievement Project is a federally funded TRiO Student Support Services program.

We serve students who are:
  • first generation college students
  • and/or come from a limited income background
  • and/or students who have disabilities

The Conaway Achievement Project (CAP) offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere in which participants can study, recieve academic help, and socialize. Math and English tutors are available for reading, writing, and homework assistance, while counselors provide personal and academic counseling, referrals and support. We also offer a book and laptop loan service, and a computer lab for a quiet study environment. To utilize all of the above mentioned services you must fill out an application and be admitted into the program.
