Enrollment Management
The Office of Enrollment Management is responsible for managing the College's student enrollment to ensure that the most appropriate mix of students is attracted to Columbia College Chicago.
Undergraduate Admissions
The Admissions Office is responsible for recruiting, counseling, and enrolling new undergraduate students.
International Student Affairs
The Office of International Students is responsible for recruiting, counseling, and enrolling international students.
Records
All documents relating to students' enrollment at Columbia College and at previous institutions are housed in this office. Services include registration and program revisions and maintenance of immunization records. Students should also go to the Records Office if they need name and address change forms, identification cards or grade reports.
Transfer Evaluation
The transfer evaluation staff evaluates transcripts from previous colleges, coordinates the articulation of courses with the Illinois Articulation Initiative, and maintains articulations with select community colleges.
