Username: last name + last four digits of SSN
Password: leave the password blank
You will not have full access to the ColumbiaWorks system until your profile has been approved by an administrator.
You can request login assistance from columbiaworks@colum.edu. All responses will be sent to your loopmail account.
What is ColumbiaWorks?
ColumbiaWorks is a free online resource that houses employment opportunities for the Columbia College Community. You can search leads from the following categories: full time, part time, internships, freelance, volunteer, and on-campus employment.
Who can search the ColumbiaWorks database?
ColumbiaWorks exclusively serves the Columbia College Community; this includes current students and graduates.
When can I access ColumbiaWorks?
You can access ColumbiaWorks anywhere you have an internet connection. Because this service is online, you can search employment opportunities at your convenience.
How do I log in to ColumbiaWorks?
Click the user login link on the right hand side of this page and enter your username and password. Complete a profile and submit it for approval. Once approved, you can search opportunities and access the other features highlighted in the User Guide.
Username: your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN
Password: columbia
What if I can't log in?
It's possible you might not be able to initially log into ColumbiaWorks, if that should happen to you, please contact us at columbiaworks@colum.edu or call 312.344.6844. Just include your full name and OASIS ID. If you are an alumni and don't have an OASIS ID number please include the year you graduated and the last 4 digits of your SSN.
