Who evaluates transfer courses?
Theatre Department Academic Coordinator is responsible for Theater course transfer decisions.
The Associate Chair & other departmental faculty may also assist. The final decision for all transfer credit is made by Department Chair.

Student asked to bring:
If the Theatre Dept. has questions about a student’s transfer credit the student must provide a transcript, a course description (syllabus preferred). Out of town students can provide this information by mail or fax.
When official transcripts have been received by the College, students will be notified by email as soon as an evaluation is completed as to what courses, if any, will apply to the major. Students will see the results of evaluation in their OASIS Advising Guide.
Student will receive:
Office of Degree Evaluation evaluators will issue a new or revised Transfer Evaluation Report to the student within a week of receipt of the Course Equivalency, Substitution, and Waiver Form from the department.
