Duplicate Diploma Ordering
Did you lose or damage your original diploma?
Don't worry, Columbia just made it easier to order a replacement diploma
The process begins by phoning the Graduation Audit Advisor's office at 312 369 7441 or emailing Ruby Turner at rturner@colum.edu
Students may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Discover) at the cashier window. They may also pay by credit card online through the Online Payment Form on the SFS website: https://web2.colum.edu/onlinepayment
Students should select “Diploma Duplication Fee” from the Payment Type drop down list, complete the form and click continue at the bottom of the page. A second page will appear where you will enter your credit card information. You can print a receipt if the payment has been approved and can present the receipt to the appropriate staff member in the College Advising Center. Please note that we receive notification of payments the following business day. Payments submitted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be on the payment report the following Monday.
Students that submit payments to the cashier will receive a receipt at the cashier window. The payment will not post to the student’s tuition account.
Diploma Printing

*Regular Diploma Orders are purchased in bulk from the printer. We will not order your diploma until we have a total of 10 diplomas to purchase. You may have to allow time for other requests to come in before your diploma is ordered. This allows us to print the diplomas using a much cheaper "bulk rate".
Calligraphy Prices
Only for people who graduated before 2000.
Your diploma will be done by a calligrapher.

Regular Shipping to student address includes cost of diploma being shipped to CCC and then to student address.
If a student who has not been enrolled in quite some time does not have an OASIS account or an AS400 account, they will need to fill out a re-enrollment form that will generate an OASIS account.
