Students: Review job fair job leads from the comfort and ease of your nearest computer. Make sure your resume is polished and you have a sample cover letter prepared. Upload your documents to your ColumbiaWorks profile, then submit them to potential employers at the Virtual Job Fair. Employers can use ColumbiaWorks to follow-up with you at their earliest convenience.

Employers: Post your current job leads to your profile in the Virtual Job Fair, and then review student resumes right from your computer any time of the day. You'll have access to peruse candidates until May 11th. It's simple and you don't get stuck carrying a stack of paper resumes. Then you can notify your candidates directly through the job board about setting up interviews or requesting additional documents. Recruiting This event is for paid opportunities only. If you have an internship or an unpaid opportunity, you can still post them in the ColumbiaWorks job board as a regular lead.
