What is ColumbiaWorks?

ColumbiaWorks is the online recruiting tool for Columbia College Chicago.  The opportunities posted in ColumbiaWorks are available for viewing to all current students and eligible alumni.  Once you have set up your account, you can post and edit your opportunitym track your referrals, and view resumes of potential candidates and it's free.

How do I Register?

To register for ColumbiaWorks simply visit our login/registration page and register.  New users can click on the new user registration link and type in the name of your company/organization.  Click the check box next to your company/organization, or click the button if your company/organization name does not show up on the display list.  You will then be taken to the registration form.  Complete the form and save the information by clicking on the registration button at either the top or bottom of the form.

What if I Forget My Username and/or Password?

If you should happen to forget your username and/or password simply email us at columbiaworks@colum.edu and request for your information to be resent to you.

How do I Post My Opportunity?

Login if you already have an account or register (see above) if you are a new user.  Then from the menu bar at the top of the screen go to "My Jobs" then click "New Job" and complete the job form.  Please note that all jobs entered go through a review process; be prepared to wait up to 2 business days before you job is viewable to users.

What Kinds of Opportunities are Posted?

We will post full-time, part-time, freelance, internship and volunteer opportunities.  If you are not sure that you or your opportunity qualify for ColumbiaWorks don't hesitate to contact us.
