Fitness Centers and Programs
731 South Plymouth CT. Fitness Center and Fitness Studio
The fitness center is open to ALL Columbia students and funded through the student activity fee. Students do not have to live in the dorm to use this facility. Daily use lockers and showers are available.
The University Center, Dwight Lofts and 2 East 8th also have their own fitness areas in each building, but they are only for students who live there.

Monday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.; Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Saturday noon - 4:00 p.m.; Sunday 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Self Defense and Street Smarts: Wednesday, 4pm-5:30pm and Friday 5pm-6:30pm in the Fitness Studio
Vinyasa Yoga: Wednesday, 7:30pm-8:30pm and Friday, 4pm-5pm in the Fitness Studio
Core Buns and Abs Class: Thursday, 3pm-4pm in the Fitness Studio
Open Basketball at the Goodman Center, 501 S. Wabash

Spring 2014 Goodman Center Sunday Night 5-on-5 Basketball League
Every Sunday beginning February 9th and ending March 23rd.
Registration Deadline; February 5
Columbia College and Roosevelt University will host its first 5-on-5 Intramural Basketball League starting February 9th. If you are interested in registering a team, please send an email to Jamie Beniac at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, February 5th. This email should include a captain's name and a team name. All Players must be current students/staff at Roosevelt University or Columbia College. If you do not have a team but still wish to participate please email Jamie and you will be placed on a team.
A captain's meeting will be held Thursday, February 6th at 8:30pm in the Goodman Center, 501 S. Wabash.
