Students Cover Iowa Caucuses
Fifteen graduate and undergraduate students from Columbia spent three days in Iowa interviewing analysts, voters, campaign staff and candidates’ family members during the first presidential nominating contest of 2012 as part of a J-term class. Spinner Named Fishback Writer
Jackie Spinner, assistant professor in the Journalism department, has been invited to Washington and Lee University in Virginia as the 2012 Fishback Visiting Writer, where she will meet with students and deliver a public lecture in February.
