AEMM Student Mentorship Program
Student Mentorship Program provides freshman students with support and advice from their peer upperclassman students. The program is developed in collaboration with Columbia’s student organization Click.
Student mentors will serve as role models for the AEMM freshman students and mentor them on a variety of topics related to their study at Columbia. Mentors will rotate on a semester-by-semester basis. Mentors and mentees are encouraged to meet at least twice a month. Meetings may be held during the Forum Freshmen Nights or during the lunch time in Columbia’s Underground Café (600 S. Michigan). The cost of the lunch will be reimbursed by the program after receipts and brief reports describing the meeting are submitted.
If you want to become a mentor or if you need a mentor contact Selena Staten or Ryan Sweeney.
