The Arts in Youth and Community Development Graduate Fellowship is a full-tuition, two-year scholarship intended for new, full-time graduate students in the program.
Please refer to the fellowship instructions before submitting your materials. All four parts of the fellowship application materials must be completed in full and submitted to the Department of Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management by the March 1, 2008 deadline. Due to the competitive nature of the award, only those applicants with a complete fellowship application and a complete application to the Graduate School on file by March 1 will be considered.

PART II: RESUME
Please attach a current resume or curriculum vitae.
PART III: ESSAY
Please attach a three to four page essay (typewritten, double-spaced) that includes:
1. background information
2. an explanation of goals and plans as related to the field of arts in youth and community development
3. accomplishments demonstrating a commitment to/ excellence in the field
4. a statement of financial need
PART IV: LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Please attach and submit three letters of recommendation for the fellowship. It is preferable for at least one of these letters of recommendation to be from a former or current employer or mentor in the field, and/or from a young person whom you have supervised, worked with, or mentored.
