Biography
Rachel Ready is returning to Columbia College Chicago this semester to teach Consumer Behavior in an adjunct position for the Communication Department. Rachel currently works as the Customer Relations Manager for Mutual Federal Bank. Optimizing customer relationships through Jungo, a mortgage CRM on Salesforce, is one role she plays in the mortgage financing section of the organization. Formerly employed as an Assistant Professor of Instruction for the Communication Department at Columbia College Chicago, she instructed students within the advertising program and acted as a member of the Communication Department Curriculum Committee and Recruitment Taskforce. Other service to the school included operating as Course Supervisor for multiple program course sections. Prior to Columbia, she worked in the media buying group and creative recruitment services at Leo Burnett. Rachel has worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Fort Mill, S.C. School District and was also employed part-time (remotely) for Chicago Fire Protection as an Engineering Assistant. Education includes a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Business.
