Group Campus Tours
We are happy to provide special tours for groups of 10 or more people from high schools, community colleges and other organizations. Please keep the following in mind when considering booking a group tour:
- A group tour consists of 10 or more individuals. If you have fewer than 10 guests, please register for the regular campus tour.
- In general, we can accommodate a maximum of 40 visitors at one time. We may be able to accommodate larger groups but will have to break them up into several smaller groups with more tour guides.
- All students must be in 9th grade or older. Due to the high demand for group tours, we are unable to offer tours for younger students.
- At least one chaperone is required for every 10 students. Chaperones are responsible for the actions of their students. Please make sure they are respectful and attentive and do not engage in disruptive activities such as talking on cell phones, horseplay or leaving the group.
Our group tours provide a general overview of Columbia's programs and facilities. Group tours will generally include a 15- to 30-minute presentation about the college and a 90-minute tour of campus. We will abbreviate the information session on request but are unable to offer campus tours shorter than one hour.

Please note: Group Tours are NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.
Lunch on campus is not included during the tour. The only cafeteria on campus is in the University Center. Please call them at 312-924-8000 with questions about lunch options.
