Proposal Deadline: Monday, October 31, 2011

Faculty will be notified about the status of their proposals during the week of November 14, 2011. 

***Before completing this proposal form, please review the "Guidelines & Expectations for CTE/CIT Workshops" and the "Workshop Agenda Template" documents.***  

• Please also note that a standard stipend is paid to all faculty who facilitate a CTE/CIT workshop.

1. Please briefly describe the proposed topic or idea for the workshop, including any information about your background or training that would be relevant for this topic.

2. Please briefly describe how the topic or idea relates to teaching and learning and/or instructional technology. What are the key pedagogical goals of the workshop? What 2 or 3 practical teaching ideas or takeaways might this workshop offer to participants?

3. Keeping in mind that we want our programs to model best practices in teaching, please briefly describe your proposed method of presentation and plans for participant engagement for a 2-hour workshop.
