This ensemble is a second tier introductory level course for the smaller pop/rock combo. The song-based repertoire for the course is drawn from straightforward arrangements of traditional popular music material, including rock, pop and R&B. The course addresses the application of musicianship skill as they apply to ensemble awareness and effective rehearsal and performance techniques.
