Course Description: Programming for Games*

Programming for Games*

This course is for students who are interested in learning programming skills necessary to work in the video game industry. While there is a clear need for a general understanding of digital arts and computer programming, there are distinct topics that are specific to the gaming industry that are outlined in this course. Topics included are: creating object interaction, game physics, animation, object collision, paths and pathfinding, translation and rotation, creating, and using the art pipeline.

Course descriptions are stored in OASIS and are maintained by the Associate Dean for each School.
