Zoe Beloff Visiting Artist Lecture and Reception

Zoe Beloff works with a wide range of media including film, projection performance, installation, and drawing on projects that aim to reanimate the past so that it might illuminate the future in new ways. She is currently exploring utopian ideas of social progress. Her most recent project, The Days of the Commune: A Work in Progress (which she is undertaking in solidarity with Occupy Wall Street) began with a public staging of Bertolt Brecht’s Days of the Commune in Zuccotti Park from March through May 2012.
