HOW TO SEND IN A NOMINATION:

Please write brief responses to the following question (approximately 200 - 400 words):

"How has the nominated teacher made a difference in your education?" Please be specific. Be sure to include an example or tell a story that describes this teacher's excellence.
Send your nomination either as a word document or in the body of an email to cte@colum.edu.
In the email subject line, please write the name of the instructor you are nominating.
You must include the following information in your email in order for your nomination to be considered:

The following info about you: your name and major.
The following info about the nominated instructor: his/her department and their email address.

Deadline for nominations is Friday, February 23, 2007.
