This lab will facilitate the graduate student's ability to develop the strong model making skills which are expected to be demonstrated in multiple courses throughout the following semesters. The student will learn the how-to methods for effective model making. Within the context of the model shop/lab setting, the student will experiment with various model making techniques, learn how to manipulate tools and machinery, and learn to utilize a variety of traditional and non-traditional materials used for making models.
