Course details the thinking and planning that is essential to managing and communicating during an organizational crisis. Students develop and implement crisis management plan and role-play crisis scenarios. Case study analysis of small and large organizations in a variety of crisis situations, including financial, personnel, ethical, public relations, natural disaster, and other conflicts. [Elective]
