Arts, Entertainment and Media Management
Angelo is a senior faculty member of the Arts, Entertainment and Media Management department. After Six years as Associate Chair & Acting Chair of the Department, Angelo has returned to his first love: teaching. He is currently teaching & coordinating Accounting & Finance in both the graduate & undergraduate programs and is Special Advisor to the Administrative Team of the AEMM department. Angelo received an MS from DePaul University.
Angelo has served the college, the school, and the department in numerous ways including participation on the College Budget & Priorities Committee, Curriculum Committee of the College, School & the Department, Graduate Policy Council, was Presidential appointment to the ERC - Equity Committee, Teaching and Learning, All College Tenure Committee, Faculty Development Awards, and is Trustee of the College Pension Fund.
Outside the college Angelo is involved as a member the Advisory Board to ShawChicago, an Educator Practitioner of the IL CPA Society – Chicago, a member of American Association of University Professors, the American Accounting Association, and the IL Teachers of Accounting Association.
Angelo has reviewed and been a paid consultant on several Accounting and Finance text books for Prentice Hall, McGraw Hill, Irwin, and Simon & Schuster publishing companies. He has co-authored a chapter on Budgeting – Planning concepts in Commending Kulhue Management. During his free time Angelo has been working on a Fictional Novel Titled “Nine Days” and a collection of Pasta recipe’s which he hopes to complete during his next sabbatical.
