Art and Design
Kevin Henry is an associate professor in the Art and Design department where he teaches product design. He established the product design program and coordinated it for the first ten years of its existence. He Has taught at Columbia College Chicago since 1996.
During that time he has been very involved in a variety of different initiatives dealing with curricular issues, technology integration, and space planning in the Art and Design department. He has curated 5 exhibitions through the A&D gallery, co-organized two symposium, served on the committee to develop an honors curriculum, participated in the Poverty/Privilege critical encounters year and has been awarded technology fellowships four times. Kevin is currently serving as the CCFO secretary for a second term.
Kevin is the author of a forthcoming book on design
visualization (Laurence King Publishing, UK) and has presented over twenty
conference papers here and abroad and lectured extensively throughout the U.S.,
Europe, and Canada.
