COLUMBIA COLLEGE CHICAGO PARTNERS IN THE ARTS STAFF SHOWCASE - P.A.S.S.

JULY 9, 2004 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

We the staff of Columbia College Chicago wish to celebrate the fullness of our identities by sharing our artistry when we exhibit, present and perform in our many art forms on Friday, July 9th at the Center for the Book and Paper Arts on the 2nd floor of the Ludington Building, 1104 S. Wabash Ave., from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

ALL STAFF ARE WELCOME to participate in this event in whatever role(s) suits you - artist and/or audience.

All staff members of the college are invited to submit an application to present your art in whatever form it takes to the extent that time and space are available.

To participate as a presenter, please complete two forms and return by June 1st. Right-click (or Option-click on the Mac) on the links below to download the forms as writeable Word documents:

• The universal PARTNERS in the ARTS SHOWCASE APPLICATION (to be completed by all applicants), and
• The applicable ART FORM sheets listed below:
  • FORM A – VISUAL ART & DISPLAY OF LITERARY WORKS
  • FORM B - MEDIA ARTS, AUDIO ARTS & RECORDED WORKS
  • FORM C - PERFORMANCE ARTS & READINGS
