Tuition Refund Schedule

Refund Policy

Columbia College Chicago refunds 100% of all tuition and fees in accordance with the drop deadline for each semester and session that is published on the Important Dates section of Office of the Registrar webpage. After the published drop deadlines for each semester and session, full tuition and fees are charged. To view the start and end dates of your course sessions, select the Course Schedule link located on the Students tab on the OASIS portal. 100% of tuition and fees are charged for any course withdrawal after the published drop deadlines.

Students who withdraw from all courses and are awarded Title IV aid (federal financial aid) may have their award amount prorated based on their last date of attendance. Award adjustments may result in a student account balance. For more information on how Satisfactory Academic Progress impact financial aid, click here.
