A $500 online pre-payment is required to complete an application for on-campus Housing. The pre-payment will be credited toward your first semester housing costs on your student account. This pre-payment is an out-of-pocket expense. It cannot be covered by financial aid from federal, state, institutional or private sources, including loans, as those funds are not typically disbursed to students until the school year begins. We regret that we are not able to waive or defer the pre-payment for any student.
Applicants will be able to make their housing pre-payment with a Credit Card or e-Check. Complete instructions will be provided within the online Housing Application.
In early June 2016 the Fall 2016 tuition and housing charges will post on the student’s account and the $500 pre-payment will be credited to the student’s account.
If a contract is cancelled, your $500 housing prepayment is refundable only until June 1, 2016. Refund requests* must be in writing and submitted to the Residence Life office by email, fax or mail.
