The Ellen Stone Belic Research Award recognizes second-year Dance/Movement Therapy & Counseling MA students who desire to conduct graduate thesis research abroad.
The Ellen Stone Belic Research Award application is available online through your OASIS portal. Only complete scholarship applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the scholarship committee.
Please follow all directions carefully. Students must submit the following materials to make a complete Ellen Stone Belic Research Award application - there are two parts to the application:
Submit a two-page statement on why you deserve and need this award. You should also discuss the value of research and highlight the necessity of going abroad.
Your essay must be double-spaced and must include your name and OASIS ID number in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Please upload your response in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.

Submit a line item budget detailing anticipated costs and plans for funding from the Ellen Stone Belic Award.

The Ellen Stone Belic Research Award is made possible by Board of Trustee and former faculty member, Ellen Stone Belic, who has taught counseling courses and guest lectured for the department for over a decade.
