Lincoln Laureate Award
for undergraduate seniors
The Lincoln Laureate Award was established by the Lincoln Academy of Illinois to honor outstanding college seniors.

The Lincoln Laureate Award is open to:
Award based on:
- All undergraduate seniors graduating in December 2016 or May 2017 are eligible to be nominated by a Columbia faculty or staff member
- Excellence in curricular and extra-curricular activities
Notification of award:
- $1,000, a Student Laureate Medallion, and a certificate of achievement
- The three finalists will be invited to a final interview with members of Columbia's Student Lincoln Laureate selection committee during the week of May 2, 2016. The final selected student will be announced by May 15, 2016 and will be invited to attend the Student Laureate Convocation at the Old State Capitol in Springfield to receive the award, followed by a luncheon for all of the laureates at the Governor's Mansion on Saturday, November 12, 2016.
