Street Defense: This class is designed to develop a student's knowledge, skills and abilities to avoid and or end an attack. No prior martial art experience is required.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon -1:30 p.m. at the fitness studio in the lower level of 731 S. Plymouth Ct.
Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle: This class combines cardio kickboxing with hip hop dance to offer you a fun and exciting hour with new friends and old.
Wednesday from 5pm - 6pm at the fitness studio in the lower level of 731 S, Plymouth Ct. First class will be held on January 25th, 2012
Vinyasa Yoga: This class is one and a half hours of restorative yoga. Join us aline your chakras, recharge your body and mind.

Back to Nature Boot Camp:
This class is one hour of polymerics, calastetics and high intensity cardio designed to kick your fitness level into high gear. This class is not for the weak of heart or fitness beginners.
Tuesday from 3pm till 4pm and Thursday from noon till 1pm at the fitness studio in the lower level of 731 S. Plymouth Ct.
Free to all Columbia College and Roosevelt University students.
