Ticket Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Tickets can be purchased over the Internet at www.colum.edu/tickets.
Purchases may be made over the phone by calling 312.344.6600.  Tickets purchased by phone must be paid for with a credit card.  Tickets will not be held without payment.  All major credit cards accepted

Orders by mail may be made by writing to Columbia Ticket Center, 33 E. Congress Parkway, Suite 610, Chicago, IL 60605.  Please include contact information, events desired, dates and payment information.

Will Call

Tickets held at Will Call may be picked up at Columbia Ticket Center located at 33 E. Congress, Suite 610 during regular office hours, or they can be picked up at the venue up to one hour prior to the performance.  When coming to the Columiba Ticket Center to pick up tickets, please call in advance to 312.344.6600

Discounts

Columbia Ticket Center operates for various departments within Columbia College.  The decision to offer discounts to various groups rests with the sponsoring department.  An organization may wish to offer a discounted ticket to any one of the following groups but not the others, or any combination thereof.  An organization may wish to offer a discount to any other group which has some relationship to them and may set the policy for that group as they see fit.

Student Discount:
Columbia College students may purchase one discounted ticket per student ID card through the Columbia Ticket Center by phone, or at the window.

A valid student ID card must be presented to pick up the student discount ticket.

Faculty/Staff Discount:
Columbia College faculty and staff may purchase two discounted tickets at the faculty rate per Columbia College Faculty/Staff ID card.  Tickets may be purchased through the Columbia Ticket Center by phone or at the window.

Senior Discount:
For events offering a senior discount, the minimum age is 65.  One senior discount ticket can be purchased per senior meeting the minimum age level.  Senior discount tickets are not available for all events.  Please check with the Box Office before arriving for an event if you wish to purchase senior discount tickets.

Refund Policy

Tickets purchased through the Columbia Ticket Center may not be refunded or exchanged for any reason (including inclement weather) unless otherwise indicated.

Donating Tickets

Patrons unable to attend a Columbia Ticket Center event may donate their tickets for a tax deduction.  Patrons can call the Columbia Ticket Center at 312.344.6600 or return their tickets to the box office.  Tickets can be donated anytime up to 4 hours before the show.

Disclaimer

Any ticket purchased through Columbia Ticket Center is valid only for the seat and performance printed on it.  The number of tickets available shall not exceed the seating capacity of the venue.
