Because of the faculty's strong commitment to teaching and learning, we feel it is necessary to exposed students to educational experiences beyond the traditional classroom. We believe it is pertinent for students to have on site and field experience. Therefore we have purposefully incorporate study trips locally, nationally and international to increase student awareness in the subject areas of architecture, interior architecture, decorative arts and art. These trips can be arranged for course credit when and if appropriate. The lectures are provided by guest lecturers and Columbia College faculty.
