Jenny Boully is the author of Betwixt-and-Between: Essays on the Writing Life. Her other books include of the mismatched teacups, of the single-serving spoon: a book of failures, not merely because of the unknown that was stalking towards them, The Book of Beginnings and Endings: Essays, [one love affair]*, and The Body: An Essay. Her work has been anthologized in The Next American Essay, The Best American Poetry, and Great American Prose Poems. She earned her Ph.D. in English Literature at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York and holds graduate degrees in creative writing from the University of Notre Dame and Hollins University.
