John Paris has been teaching at the postsecondary level since 2001, previously at Daley College, Harold Washington College, College of DuPage, and currently at Columbia College Chicago.
He’s the owner and operator of a music booking company, John Paris Ensembles, which has been in the business of putting musicians on stages in and around Chicago and the greater Midwest area since 2004. JPE also contracts sound and lighting needs for special events. JPE has had the pleasure of working with President Joe Biden, The Pritzker Foundation, The Art Institute Of Chicago, The Alliance Francaise, The Chicago Museum Of Modern Art, Goldman Sachs, among countless others.
John Paris holds a Professional Music Degree from Berklee College Of Music and a Masters Of Music from DePaul university.
