Payment Plans for Summer 2020

The college offers low-cost, automated payment plans to assist students and their families in financing their college costs. Students must sign up for a payment plan through their MyColumbia portal with a bank account or credit card. Payments will be automatically deducted on the 5th or 20th of each month. To determine the amount of your payment plan, subtract your secured financial aid and/or expected third-party payments for the term from your charges for the term. 

Summer 2020 Payment Plan Options — Deadline May 12, 2020*

Agreement Date: April 7, 2019— April 21, 2020
If you sign up during this timeframe, you can choose from the following options:
Minimum down payment + one-time payment fee** Months of installment payments
20% balance + $45 fee May — July (3 payments)
25% balance + $40 fee May — June (2 payments)
33% balance + $45 fee June — July (2 payments)
40% balance + $40 fee June (1 payment)
Agreement Date: April 23, 2020— May 22, 2020
If you sign up during this timeframe, you can choose from the following options:
Minimum down payment + one-time payment fee** Months of installment payments
33% balance + $65 fee June — July (2 payments)
50% balance + $55 fee June (1 payment)
50% balance + $65 fee July (1 payment)
Agreement Date: May 23, 2019— June 21, 2019
If you sign up during this timeframe, you can choose the following option:
Minimum down payment + one-time payment fee** Months of installment payments
50% balance + $85 fee July (1 payment)

*Plans established after this date may be subject to a $150 Non Compliance Fee.
**Installment payments are withdrawn on the 5th or 20th of each month. If the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will occur on the next business day. The non-refundable payment plan fee will never appear on the student's MyColumbia portal.
