Cinema Art and Science associate professor Ron Fleischer directs, writes and produces his animated short film “Open Carry, USA,” which will premiere at The 41rst Cleveland International Film Festival March 30, 2017. The festival promotes artistically and culturally significant films and seeks to educate, entertain and celebrate the human experience.
