Recognized for his strategic as well as creative skills, Larry's broad experience as a creative director/writer includes brand development, brand advertising, promotional marketing, direct response advertising, interactive, trade show marketing, channel communications, and new product development. He is a leading expert in the emerging field of People Performance Management. And he has gained recognition for his expertise in four-walls/local store marketing, a key to success in the retail marketplace.

He has created marketing and communications solutions for many blue-chip clients, including AT&T Wireless, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Charter One Bank, Coca-Cola Fountain, Connie's Pizza, Dean Foods, Diners Club, Direct Merchants Bank, Dole 100% Juice,, Fleetwood Homes, Frito-Lay, S.C. Johnson & Sons, Kraft, Logo Goes Here, McDonald's (on an international, national, and regional level), Motorola, MTV, Nike, NordicTrack, PETsMART, Sears, Skil Tools, SunTrust, Time-Life Video, Tropicana, True Value, Unilever, United Airlines, United States Postal Service, and Y-Me National Breast Cancer Organization. He was also a key player in the creative team for the brand development of Upromise, one of the most successful product launches of 2001.

Larry has worked full-time for such top agencies as Frankel and The Marketing Store Worldwide as well as freelanced for 141 Worldwide, Centerpoint Marketing, The Core Organization, Dangel Advertising, Draft Worldwide, The Food Group, GSP Marketing Services, Hall Olson Marketing Group, Imagine Creative Group, Lopez-Martin & Associates, Performance Communications Group, Proverb Associates, Revalour, Ryan Partnership, Thompson Recruitment Advertising (of J. Walter Thompson), Tynan Marketing, and more.

In addition, Larry is the co-author of 25 Words or Less and How to Succeed in Advertising When All You Have is Talent. Both books were released to critical acclaim, and How to Succeed is being readied for a second edition, after four printings in the United States and worldwide sales. He has been a guest speaker at professional organizations and universities, quoted in such leading print media as The New York Times, and interviewed on television and radio talk shows across the country. An award-winning creative, Larry has also judged marketing communication award shows and is a faculty member of the Communication Department in the School of Media Arts at Columbia College Chicago.
