As we return to campus, here are resources for managers and/or employees to request assistance with IT technical support and space planning.

Employee IT and Facilities Support 

To get a Columbia desktop computer set-up in the office:

  • Schedule an appointment for IT desktop support. Directions on how to use the bookings link here.
For technology support: 
  • Submit a TDX ticket and a tech will contact you.
