We want you to be aware of the many campus resources and support services available to you as you navigate your college experience. We remain committed to helping you stay connected and supported to meet your personal, academic, and career goals.
Below is a list of campus resources and support services. Some of these services will be offered in-person and others may have online or remote options. The list is a quick overview of the resources available, and we encourage you to also visit the specific office's website for up-to-date information on office hours and to email or call with any questions you may have.

Student Center – 754 S. Wabash Ave.
The Student Center has a fitness center, meeting rooms, a cafe, and much more. It also houses the Career Center, Makerspace, and the Student Organization and Leadership Office. Please visit studentcenter.colum.edu for more information or email email@example.com with any questions.
Columbia Library – 624 S. Michigan Ave.
The Columbia Library offers many services and resources for students to address any research needs and assists students needing access to a computer in order to participate in an online course meeting. Assistance is available via chat on the Columbia Library's website or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The library can provide access to many e-books, streaming media, research guides, as well as College Archives, and Special Collections. Visit the website and schedule an online chat to learn more.

Technology Support for Remote Learning
If you need technical support, visit the Information Technology website for a list of resources and to assist with accessing Office 365, finding your classes on Canvas, requesting technical support, and many other technology-based questions. Academic Services and Advising
If you need support with the registration process, declaring your major, or understanding your graduation requirements, make sure you are in regular contact with your assigned academic advisor. Services for Students with Disabilities
The Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) Office coordinates support services for students with temporary or permanent disabilities. Staff members also assist in providing equal access to successful educational experiences at Columbia College Chicago. Students can make appointments and talk to therapists via email, phone, and now a secure telehealth platform. On-call therapists are available during regular business hours, and the Counseling Services website stays up to date with resources and tips for coping. In collaboration with Counseling Services and Academic Affairs, the Student Relations office is available to provide therapeutic support and address various challenges that can impact student success. The Student Relations staff provides clinical support, advocates for students in crisis, and liaisons for students who require additional resources at Columbia or within the city of Chicago. To contact Student Relations directly, call 312-369-8595, and if necessary, leave a voicemail with your contact information and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Student Health Center
Visit the Student Health Center website for the most up-to-date information on services and treatments. To make an appointment, please call 312-369-6830. The receptionist will answer or return calls promptly. Please be prepared to answer several questions before an office visit is scheduled.
The Career Center
If you need career advising, internship support, student employment, or general career guidance, you should work directly with the professionals in our Career Center. Please use the Career Center website to learn more about all our career services. You should also check them out on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter @ColumCareer for updates, ideas, and virtual events.
