At Columbia College Chicago, we're serious about our "hands-on,
minds-on" approach to higher education. We like to say the city is our
classroom, and our students learn from the creative professionals
producing the culture of our time. This May, 13 Columbia College Chicago students majoring in Critical
Studies, Screenwriting, or Filmmaking take that idea to the extreme:
for two weeks, their “classroom” will be the Cannes Film Festival (May
14 – 25), and their teachers will be the movers and shakers of the film
