Our Cinematography students acquire proficiency in photography for the screen. You’ll conceive and produce images that advance the thematic aspects of a script and work closely with the film’s director.
In Cinema and Television Arts, we offer several courses of undergraduate and graduate, study in writing, producing and directing for film and television, and areas of emphasis in cinematography, visual effects, editing and sound, and web-based and mobile media, along with interdisciplinary work in documentary production. The department has produced Oscar, Emmy and Spirit winners and thousands of respected professionals throughout the entertainment and information industries.
