The Fashion Lab is an opportunity for faculty members across disciplines to work with highly-motivated students and innovative partner organizations. Open to all faculty at Columbia, coaches are matched with projects in which they have content area or research method expertise.
Faculty coaches work closely with a four-member team of student researchers. Although not part of a regular course load, compensation is provided. The work with the team is approximately equivalent to one credit hour per semester.
You'll have the opportunity to network with partner organizations, mentor interdisciplinary student teams, and test out the market potential of your research.
