Faculty Equipment Reservation(Classroom Only)

Equipment Reservations must be filled out in full and received by:

PLEASE NOTE:You must be a Faculty member who is currently teaching in the Art +Design Dept. to make equipment / project requests through this site.  Reservation requests require 24 hour notice for us to process for delivery services. Portable gear set aside for classes will require Faculty to pick up from the Media Center.
