Part Time Adjuncts and HSSI

04/18/2012 Part Time Adjuncts Summer payroll will be divided into 5 payments.  The pay dates are June 15, 29, July 13, 31, and Aug 15.  All instructors will be paid in five payments whether the course assigned is a 1 weekend workshop (in May, June, July or August), or a 5, 8, 10 or 12 week course.

11/14/2011 Part Time Adjuncts Spring 2012 payroll will be divided into 7 payments.  Adjunct pay will begin with the February 15, 2012 pay date.  The remaining spring term pay dates will be February 29, March 15 and 30, April 13 and 30, and May 15.

08-18-2011  Part Time Adjuncts, The first pay day of adjuncts will be September 30, 2011. (The ending date for the September 15 pay date is September 3, which is before Fall semester begins). There will be 7 pay days for the Fall semester, ending December 23, 2011.

04-25-2011  Part Time Adjuncts, June 15 is the first pay date because the term begins on May 23.  (Payroll for May 31 is due on May 18 which is before the semester begins.) There will be 5 pay dates for summer, ending August 15.
