Since its inception, the Center for Community Arts Partnerships (CCAP) has been developing and implementing arts education programs that cultivate ongoing, reciprocal relationships - true partnerships - among Columbia College, public schools and community-based organizations.  These unique partnerships are crucial to the success of CCAP's programs and initiatives.  They ensure that CCAP's vision of collaboration in the arts and an improved quality of education for Chicago's youth becomes a reality.
