Submit Your Graphic Designs and Illustrations to be transformed into a Student Powered Product!
Do you have a design that would work on an umbrella, lunch pail, notebook, greeting card, mouse pad, water bottle, tee, tote, or another idea that we haven’t thought of? If so, submit your designs to shop@colum.edu with the subject line “Student Powered Product Submission.”
ShopColumbia licenses student designs to create merchandise that is sold exclusively at ShopColumbia. ShopColumbia has created tees, mugs, posters, magnets, buttons, coloring books and a calendar with student designs. The creation of Student Powered Products is to market student designs, inspire students to see their designs as finished, saleable products and to strengthen student portfolios.
Details: Email digital images (.eps, .ai. or jpg format, 300 dpi) to shop@colum.edu. Please keep in mind, that some projects work better using 1, 2, or 3 color designs. If you have a specific idea for your design, do include that in your email but ShopColumbia might have a better idea for your design. If your design is chosen, ShopColumbia will pay the artist a licensing fee for the limited use of the design. Artists are compensated financially in addition to a stated number of complementary merchandise featuring your design.
