Call for Proposals - Exhibitions



	Call for Proposals Exhibitions Exhibition Dates: Exhibition dates will vary. Exhibitions may be installed prior to the conference and continue after it ends. All materials should be submitted as both a printed copy and on a digital CD. Materials will not be returned. If exhibition proposal is accepted, any images submitted may be used in conference publications and publicity. Proposals must include the following: Title and dates of the exhibition Name and contact information of exhibition organizer (include email address and phone number) Proposed exhibition space (including contact name, email and phone number) Relationship of this exhibition to the conference theme "Global Implications" 100-word description of the proposed exhibition 100-word bio of exhibition coordinator 1-2 page detailed description of the exhibition Special facilities requirements including all space requirements, supplies, equipment, audio/visual needs Assistance needed (or names of assistants helping organizer) JPEG picture of exhibition organizer (200 ppi and 4”x6”) Images representative of the exhibition (JPEG files, 200 ppi and 4”x6”) Image list with artists, titles, media, dimensions, and dates.
