If you have been awarded funds from certain financial assistance program, you need to meet specific criteria in order to maintain eligibility for these funds. The eligibility requirements for each assistance program are included below.

SFS Financial Assistance Programs

Supplemental Assistance Grant

Awarded students must enroll at full-time status and have a denied parent PLUS loan application for the award year.

Tuition Assistance Grant

Awarded students must enroll at full-time status and remain in good academic standing.

Third-Party Matching Scholarship

Students who defer their enrollment may forfeit eligibility for previously awarded funds.

Federal Financial Assistance Programs

Federal TEACH Grant

Only graduate students in the M.A.T. program are eligible for TEACH grant funding.

Federal Work Study

Eligible students are automatically awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) funds by SFS. Students cannot apply to receive FWS.
