Go to the College-Wide Undergraduate Scholarship Application available online through your MyColumbia portal . Only complete scholarship applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed by the scholarship committee.
Please follow all directions carefully. Students must submit the following materials to make a complete Sheldon Patinkin Award application - there are four parts to the application:
PART 1: ESSAY
In 500 words, describe your goals both in terms of your long-term career plans, and specifically for the year following your graduation from Columbia.

PART 2: RESUME
Upload a full resume of your theatrical history.

PART 3: CREATIVE SAMPLES
Submit a sample of your most important Theatre work to date. Samples may include video of a theatrical performance, comedy writing, an original play, stage designs, costume designs, prompt books, etc.

Please upload videos in .mov, .wmv, .flv, or .mp4 format, or upload a .pdf, .doc, or .docx document with an external link to your video. Note: Upload size limit is 50MB.
PART 4: STUDENT AID REPORT
A current Student Aid Report (SAR) must be on file. To receive an SAR, students must complete a 2020-21 financial aid application (FAFSA) by February 9, 2020.
