The surprising thing I learned was that there is an entire community of people in interactive media, and they're all very receptive and supportive.

What individuals or programs at Columbia were helpful to you in reaching your goal of graduating?

Bill Guschwan, David Antognoli, Stephen Asma, and Ann Gunkel were invaluable teachers to me.

What are your plans for after graduation?

I’d like to continue to work as a technical artist and start my own indie game studio.

If you were going to sum up your experience at Columbia in one sentence, what would you say?

Columbia is warmly encouraging.
